These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Meta Flow CRM website, platform, and associated services.

Meta Flow CRM provides tools to help technicians and business owners organize customer records, assign service jobs, maintain service history, generate invoices, manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), receive reminders, and review business-related data.

By accessing or using Meta Flow CRM, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue using the service.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement under applicable law to use the service.

When registering, you agree to:

• Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activities.

You are responsible for ensuring that customer data is collected and processed lawfully and that you have the necessary authority to store it on the platform.

6. Invoices, AMCs, and Business Records

Meta Flow CRM provides tools to help users create and organize invoices, service records, and AMC information.

You remain responsible for:

• The accuracy of information entered into invoices and contracts.
• Applicable taxes, tax rates, and invoice requirements.
• The commercial terms agreed with your customers.
• Correct service dates, contract periods, and renewal details.
• Reviewing documents before issuing them to customers.
• Maintaining any records required under applicable law.

Meta Flow CRM should not be treated as a substitute for professional legal, accounting, or tax advice.

7. Reminders and Notifications

The platform may display reminders for upcoming services, AMC expiries, and renewals.

Reminders are intended to assist with business organization. They do not guarantee that every service, expiry, or renewal will be identified or notified without error.

You remain responsible for reviewing your records and independently confirming important appointments, deadlines, and contractual obligations.

8. Revenue Data and Reports

Business and revenue-related information is generated from available records and platform features.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you enter. Reports may not reflect every aspect of your business, and they should be reviewed before being used for accounting, taxation, or financial decisions.

9. Fees and Subscriptions

Certain features may be offered on paid plans or subscriptions.

Where applicable, the price, billing frequency, subscription duration, payment method, and included features will be communicated before purchase.

You authorize the applicable payment provider to process payments you initiate. Any recurring billing arrangement must be clearly disclosed and authorized as required by law.

Taxes, if applicable, will be charged in accordance with applicable requirements.

10. Cancellation, Refunds, and Account Closure

Subscription cancellation, refund eligibility, and related conditions are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, together with any specific terms disclosed when you purchase a plan.

You may discontinue using the service and request account closure in accordance with the applicable subscription and data-retention terms.

15. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for claims arising from your unlawful use of the platform, your infringement of third-party rights, or your material breach of these Terms.

This clause does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot legally be transferred to you.
